Delivery Locations

We make deliveries in Australia. International deliveries are also available after you inform us your location by email and paid the extra postage quoted by us. If your delivery method is made by Australia Post, your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. If another courier option they may or may not enable PO Box delivery.

Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please make sure that you paid your order by Paypal or by Credit Card at Paypal website. Your order will be sent only after we receive your payment.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home, responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

Tracking Orders

If your order has not arrived within five working days, please contact us for assistance of tracking.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item or item with any issue, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and images e-mailed to us.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.  All the orders are dispatched only after receiving the payments by Paypal or by credit card or debit card. 

Shipping Freight

Free delivery for orders over $100 Australia wide, excluding remote areas of Australia.

The standard shipping freight is $9.50 if your order is less than $100 per delivery, excluding remote areas of Australia.

Picking Up

Picking up is not acceptable. All the items are shipped from our supplier’s warehouse directly. As our suppliers are wholesalers, they do not sell the goods to the public directly, it is why they do not accept to pick up. Normally the orders are dispatched within two working days after receiving the payments.


We accept your return or exchange if the goods have quality issue. Prior authorisation of the Seller must be obtained before returning any goods. All returns must be accompanied by the original delivery invoice and “Authorisation for return” number quoted. Goods must be in new condition in their original boxes. Goods must be returned by our nominated carrier within 14 days of invoice.
